While the future remains very much uncertain, one thing we can be sure of is that workplaces we will return to will be very different from the ones we left. HR leaders must guide our managers and workers through these new realities. The Talent Management functions of acquisition, development, engagement, and retention are more critical—and more challenging—than ever. HCI Faculty Member, Mark Allen, Ph.D., will provide practical guidance to HR leaders to help them formulate their talent strategies and forecast what changes may need to be made for the rest of 2020. He will also include lessons learned and tips for how to manage HR teams successfully.
