Amanda is the Director of Solution Strategy specializing in Talent Management for SHL's America's business. Amanda has been with SHL for 15 years and values the opportunity to provide hands-on strategic guidance to customers to grow, transform, and mobilize workforces. Amanda has worked extensively with executives and business leaders to design and refine the strategy to ensure alignment to talent management programs such as succession planning, HIPO, leader development, and workforce insight studies. Amanda received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
