Andrea Derler, a previous human capital analyst and organizational researcher, brings a research, science and consulting background to her role. As Visier’s Principal, Research and Customer Value, Andrea collaborates with a wide variety of external and internal stakeholders. Her aim is to produce data based and practical insights and help further the cause of people analytics beyond HR. In the past 10 years, Andrea studied a variety of topics including leadership strategy and development, talent and performance management, DEI, organisational change and transformation, and organisational growth mindset.
