Principal Scientist, SAP SuccessFactors

Dr. Autumn Krauss is a Principal Scientist in SAP SuccessFactors’ Research Team and provides scientific support to SAP’s Well-being at Work Initiative. Her role is focused on conducting applied research on the psychology of work to inform the solutions that SAP SuccessFactors develops, as well as providing consultative guidance to companies so they can best leverage human experience management practices to foster a strong positive company culture and improve employee well-being and performance.

 

Prior to joining SAP SuccessFactors, Autumn was the Chief Scientist at a global management consulting firm focused on large-scale culture transformations to improve employee well-being, health, and safety. Her applied research programs have been funded by the SHRM Foundation, the CDC, and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and she serves on the External Advisory Committee for the NIOSH-funded Total Worker Health Center of Excellence at the University of Colorado. Autumn’s contributions to the understanding and prevention of stress at work have been recognized by an Early Career Achievement Award given by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Krauss holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Occupational Health Psychology from Colorado State University in the USA.
