Catrina Harding currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GLG, overseeing global human resources strategy and operations for the company. Prior to her appointment as GLG’s CHRO, she served as SVP of Human Resources at Synchrony Financial, formerly a division of GE Capital for several years.

Catrina Harding has over 20 years of Strategic Human Resource experience. During her career, she has held senior human resource leadership roles in HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Mergers and Acquisitions and Learning and Development. She has also led major HR transformations including process and technology transformations in HRIS, Talent and Succession Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefit Administration and Payroll and played an instrumental role in the successful IPO of two Companies; leading HR, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Multi-HR Process Outsourcing and, Change Management and Communication activities / workstreams.

In additional to GLG and Synchrony, Catrina has held leadership roles at several other major global firms, including U. S. Steel, General Electric and Ford Motor Company. Harding holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BS in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
