Daniel is responsible for all People and Organizational Development experiences, programs, and interventions at SAP – including SAP Talk, Roundtables, Catalyst, Leadership and Executive Development Programs, and a recently built-up team by the name of #UnlearningHierarchy supporting SAP teams on their journey towards more self-organization. His mission is to make leadership and organizations at SAP future-fit.
Daniel is an experienced leader with a strong background in executive leadership and talent development, and HR and management consulting. Driven by a high level of self-reflection and a strong belief in individual and organizational growth, his passion is in seeking clarity and facilitating relationships as a basis for developing and implementing change – on a personal and organizational level. He is result-oriented and execution-drive, acknowledged for a personality combining intellectual curiosity with a high sense of creating business relevance and impact.
