David Mallon is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and leader of its Insights2Action team. He helps clients with Human Capital Decision Intelligence--to sense, analyze, & act with precision at the shifting intersection of work, workforce, & workplace. Part of Deloitte since 2013, he was Head of Bersin research for a decade and brings 25+ years of experience across human capital. David is an author of Deloitte’s annual Global Human Capital Trends study and a sought-after researcher, storyteller, and catalyst for making work better for humans and humans better at work. David lives in Bainbridge Island, WA with his wife, two children, and four cats. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Emory University and an M.S. in Digital Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology with focuses on computer-aided distance learning and storytelling in digital environments.
