Dr Emily Cook is a Senior HR Researcher at Top Employer Institute and Chartered Psychologist. Emily leads innovative research projects to both understand and shape the future direction of HR. Leveraging insights from our clients, as well as the broader academic and industry landscape, Emily strengthens our mission to improve working conditions worldwide.

 Emily began her career in research during her Masters in Psychology (UCL, University of London). She went on to complete her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience (Royal Holloway, University of London). Her work focused on understanding why some people perceive and interpret the world around them in substantially different ways to others, and how these unique attributes lead to varying degrees of success.
