Dubbed the “Frasier of the Cubicles” by the San Francisco Chronicle, Dr. Greg is a former clinical psychologist turned CEO, media expert, and seasoned executive coach. He is the principal of TalentPlanet®, a leadership development firm, and was previously the “CBS 5 Workplace & Career Expert” for KPIX TV in San Francisco. He formerly hosted a weekly nationwide two-hour talk show on XM satellite radio focused on the workplace. He has also served on the faculty of the University of California, Berkeley Extension.

Dr. Greg has many years of experience working with both multinational organizations and start-ups. His current focus is on coaching CXOs and VPs, along with their executive teams, which are often composed of subject matter experts who haven’t worked together long enough as a team to fully develop the leadership, communication, and relationship management skills necessary for individual and team success.
