Jacque Flusche from Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Operations is the functional project manager and technology owner for their Enterprise Workforce Planning project. She is responsible for the implementation of an enterprise-wide set of processes and a tool that enables leaders to align headcount to financial commitments, assign people to work, and proactively identify gaps in the workforce to meet the needs of their customers. She most recently served as the manager of the Enterprise Affordability team in Finance, where she helped lead business affordability projects.
