Jane Behrends has over 20 years of experience leading change and building change capability in Fortune 500 companies. As the Founding Partner of Pivot + Solutions, a boutique consulting firm, she focuses on building organizational and individual change capacity as a competitive advantage. Pivot + helps organizations develop fit-for-purpose change management practices that enable their transformation agendas.

Jane cut her change management teeth in the hospitality and healthcare industries, where she managed ERP and EMR system implementations respectively. Later, she joined Walmart International, leading the development and implementation of their change framework for post-acquisition integrations. Jane built the change team that supported the Walmart US business turnaround and the initial development of the Walmart Academy Program in 2013/14. Subsequently, she joined Target to establish their internal change practice in 2017 during a time of significant business transformation.

Outside of work, Jane is the proud mother of four adult children, all way smarter than her. Recently, she discovered pickleball, the one sport where she feels she has a chance at mediocrity. Originally from Germany, Jane has called the US home for the past 27 years.
