Jennifer is Baystate Health’s vice president for team member Experience. As part of HR, she oversees engagement strategy and culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. With more than 20 years of experience working in and leading others in a complex healthcare organization, she has championed the adoption of digital platforms that amplify the organization's ability to share gratitude, collaborate and communicate. She has been spotlighted in Jason Lauritsen’s book, Unlocking High Performance, and Making Work Human by Eric Mosely and Derek Irvine. Jennifer has also spoken about engagement, recognition, and culture in national and regional forums.
