Jonathan is a principal at Ernst & Young LLP, and has over 20 years of experience with a focus on digital solutions and automation. He is a seasoned executive with broad international and domestic experience and he has demonstrated success providing services for industry-leading companies. His diverse technology experience includes end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) projects as well as cloud-based technologies focused on organization and workforce transformation, change management, learning, culture, leadership, and employee experience. Jonathan is a published author and has been included in the inaugural top 100 HR Technology Influencers list from 2019 to 2021. Today, Jonathan spends much of his time working to help organizations use digital solutions, automation and emerging technology to solve a myriad of workforce issues. In the past 12 months, he has lead teams that have successfully helped in delivering work that included Robotic Process Automation (RPA), conversational AI, machine learning and natural language processing technology.
