Denise has 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition. The majority of her experience has been in the technology sector. Her experience includes a technology start up, a technology consulting firm, financial services and now Nike.

Denise serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Nike’s Global Operations, Corporation Functions and Internal Recruitment. Prior to joining Nike, she spent 11+ years at Microsoft. During her tenure at Microsoft played a significant role in helping Microsoft’s entertainment businesses scale. She led the talent acquisition team through an aggressive, multi-year hiring ramp and her team’s contributions had significant impact on major product launches and milestones; XboxOne, Xbox360, Surface, Kinect and the Halo Franchise.

Additionally, she had the opportunity to lead Microsoft’s Global University Recruiting organization. She also had the opportunity to led a global center of excellence team focused on improving Microsoft’s recruiting capability and the ability to compete for talent. She was responsible for the processes and technology that drives recruiter simplification and differentiated candidate experience.

Denise is known as an innovative and creative talent acquisition leader. She is not afraid to take risks and looks for opportunities to find creative approaches to talent acquisition.
