She is a significant contributor to women’s leadership development and secondary educational institutions through non-profit work and community development as well as Board memberships. She has advised CEO’s and Senior Community Leaders on strategies for advancing leadership education in their companies and communities.

Jo authored Leadership 3.0 Leadership 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Making Your Life Your Own where she shares her extensive toolkit on self-developing leadership competencies. The content is based on years of experience working for the top corporations in the world.

Throughout her career she has been a speaker, presenter and conference leader for domestic and global venues as well as Adjunct Professor, Baruch College, and Pace University Lubin School of Business.

Jo earned her B.A. Humanities from New York University and received the Founder’s Day Award for outstanding scholastic achievement. She won Mentor of the Year Award in 2015 from the New York University Stern School of Business.
