Matt Smith leads the people analytics practice at Altria. He is transforming how Altria leverages quantitative and qualitative data to make data-informed talent decisions to enhance strategy. Matt has over 15 years of data and business analytics experience in a variety of subject areas with a concentration in people analytics since 2013. He lives outside of Richmond, Virginia, and loves to travel and hang out with his wife, young daughter, and two chocolate labs.
