Paul Shane has spent the majority of his career within Human Resources, with a primary focus in Talent Acquisition & Management.  Paul is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding for Northwestern Mutual, a $28B financial services firm based in Milwaukee.  He leads a team responsible for the branding, attraction, assessment, onboarding and development of interns and full-time talent to Northwestern Mutual.

Prior to joining Northwestern, Paul worked for Eastman Chemical as the Global Lead of Talent Acquisition.  He also has previous HR experience with KPMG LLP and Discover Card.

Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University and a MBA from DePaul University.
