Create an Agile HR Organization
How often do HR leaders hear that HR processes are too slow, they don't reflect business changes fast enough, and they don’t give people fast-enough feedback and learning? The solution is to create an agile model of HR but what exactly does that mean and how can it be accomplished?
According to Bersin by Deloitte: The Agile Model of HR states that Human Resources’ job is not just to implement controls, standards and drive execution, but rather to facilitate and improve organizational agility. This changes HR's mission and focus. Driving agility means driving programs which create adaptability, innovation, collaboration, and speed.
Incorporating an element of agility into the HR function allows it to be nimbler and helps create an organizational culture that’s more responsive to the needs of customers. An agile organization is one that’s able to change direction quickly and easily, and HR needs to be responsive to the ever-changing needs of such an organization.
In an upcoming webcast, Jim Scully the Founder of HR Shared Services Network will discuss how to create a HR service model with the right fit for the organization including advanced models that integrate agile HR and technologies that take advantage of social media, real-time consultation with experts, and dynamic knowledge centers. The resulting benefits can give anyone a leg up in achieving the perfect fit for their HR organization!
