Introducing Talent Pulse: HCI Signature Research Survey Now Open
You can’t escape it. It’s covered daily in the media and is a topic of discussion during your family holiday dinners and parties. The Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as Obamacare, continues to be a hot topic of discussion and debate. But how does it affect your work now and how will it in the future?
We want to know how prepared and concerned organizations are for the new law. With our new research survey, Talent Pulse, we will explore the impact of the Affordable Care Act along with two other hot topics in HR Strategy and Analytics.
How can organizations become more agile and adaptable? What are the HR metrics that business leaders want to see and how can they be most effectively addressed? We need your input to answer these important questions among others in our survey.
As a token of our appreciation, every respondent who completes the survey will receive the following:
- Entry into a drawing to receive one of three complimentary virtual conference passes to HCI's Workforce Planning and Analytics Conference
- A $200 attendee discount to any upcoming HCI event
- Upon completion, a complimentary copy of this unique research report
- Participation in this survey will also count toward the six survey requirements to receive an upgrade to an HCI Executive Membership
Talent Pulse from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) is a quarterly research e-book that explores the latest trends and challenges in managing talent. Talent Pulse is designed to provide practitioners and decision-makers with prescriptive methods to rehabilitate the health and wellness of human capital and empower employees and leaders to effectively address future challenges. Each quarter, a new report is released in conjunction with one of the four HCI disciplines and we need your valuable input for the first report!
The first installment of this research concerns important, timely topics in HR Strategy and Analytics. Through a pilot study and interviews with thought leaders and practitioners, we identified three important, timely issues facing HR professionals. Your valued participation in this research will help us understand how organizations are addressing the Affordable Care Act implementation, communicating HR metrics to business leaders and becoming an agile HR function and organization.
