Tapping Into the Power of Employee Voice
Author
Concepts like Employee Voice, transparency, real-time feedback, and inclusion still sit on the “do not touch” list for many HR departments. Some People leaders are proponents conceptually, but when push comes to shove, the idea of embracing practices that give more power to employees can be too daunting or seem impractical.
For those who do see the value of inclusive strategies and act to implement them within their organizations, monumental changes are taking place at the individual and organizational level. Champions for Employee Voice are springing up across the Human Capital world. Each organization has its own unique Voice journey, but there is a common thread connecting Employee Voice practitioners: the ability to see and prove the power of their people.
Despite an increasingly automated and technology-focused economy, organizations who are ahead of the curve are bringing their attention back to their greatest asset: their people. And, not just the obvious people to go to when an organization needs to make decisions. The best, most transformative decisions are made when organizations include diverse voices across their teams.
In this webcast, one of Employee Voice’s biggest proponents, Russell Robinson, will share his journey and recommendations to embrace Employee Voice as an HR practitioner, educator, and researcher.
Craig Bardenheuer is the founder and principal of create-innovate-operate, llc. and the former VP of Worldwide Business Innovation and Growth at Juniper Networks. He is a fellow Employee Voice champion and will host Russell in this lively and inspiring conversation.
