Design thinking tells us to avoid analysis paralysis and start working. Once you have a prototype or pilot version of the solution, you can start collecting data and feedback to identify the flaws in your design.

Work fast and iterate; speed is your greatest weapon.
Make things simple for the customer or end-user.
Remember that small adjustments can have a major impact on how people react.
Use data to measure the response to a new concept or solution.
