Beyond Emotional Intelligence: Quantify Leadership Character's Impact on Business
Fred Kiel (author, Return on Character, Harvard Business Review Press, April 2015) and Amy Swenson (Leadership Character Strategist) will share groundbreaking Return on Character™ research that definitively quantifies the connection between leadership character behavior and organization profitability, employee engagement, and risk. Kiel and Swenson will share some key frameworks to help attendees further develop a character-led leadership culture within any organization. As pre-work for this session, attendees will be asked to complete KRW’s Character at Your Organization Self- Assessment. This is a short self-assessment designed to help you gain insight into the degree to which leadership character may be a challenge within your department, team, or organization. Results will be used in the aggregate and anonymously revealed during the keynote. Attendees will also have the option to receive a personalized report post session.
