Conference Attendee FAQ's
What are my options for rescheduling my conference seat?
Paid attendees of the conference will receive a full credit equal to the purchase price paid. This credit can be used for any HCI product for up to 12 months, or for the rescheduled conference date, whichever comes last.

What steps do I take to reschedule or receive a credit?
Once you decide if you prefer to receive a credit to your HCI account, or to reschedule to another product immediately, contact support@hci.org with the following information:
- Attendee Name
- Attendee Email Address
- Date and location of rescheduled product OR 'credit on file' request
[If you wish to attend the rescheduled conference date request a 'credit on file' at this time]
When and where will the rescheduled conference take place?
We do not yet have specific details on the date or location for the rescheduled event. We will be sending a communication via email once we have more information. If you are interested in attending one of our online courses taking place during March 26th - 27th specify that option in your reschedule request.
Will my hotel reservation be refunded?
All attendees of the conference are responsible for canceling their own travel arrangements. If you are staying at the J.W. Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort you may contact the hotel at 305-932-6200 by 03/20/2020 to cancel your room and ensure a 100% refund. Rooms not canceled by 03/20/2020 are subject to be charged to the credit card you have on file by the hotel.
March 26th - March 27th Course Attendee FAQ's
If you are registered to attend the People Analytics for Human Resources or Strategic Workforce Planning Course in Miami from March 26th - March 27th we are converting those courses to online offerings on these same dates for your convenience.

Once you decide if you prefer to attend the online version of your course from March 26th - 27th, receive a credit to your HCI account, or to reschedule to another product immediately, contact support@hci.org with the following information:
- Attendee Name

What are my options for transferring this sponsorship?

How do I cancel PSAV orders I have with the J.W. Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort?

Is there a way for me to still participate in the event?
Yes! We would love the opportunity to record your session and share it with our users. Contact alan.mellish@hci.org to make arrangements for this recording. Deadline for recording your session is 03/20/2020.
Will HCI handle my travel cancellations?
All flight and hotel room reservations made by HCI will be canceled by HCI. Speakers are responsible for canceling any reservations made on their own.
