Donna Farro has 20 years of diverse human resources experience primarily in the Technology industry.  She has extensive experience managing a full spectrum of human resources programs, services and functions with a heavy focus and passion for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.  Donna has been with CDK Global for 10 years.  In her current role as Talent Acquisition Manager, she provides leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Partners who work to ensure the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are exceeded. The functional areas that Donna and her team support include; Corporate, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience.  Additionally, since 2017, Donna has been the acting Program Sponsor for CDK’s Contingent Workforce Program.  Through a joint partnership between CDK Talent Acquisition and CDK Procurement, the program has successfully focused on continuous improvement, access to top talent, rigorous compliance and savings.
