As an integral part of the O.C. Tanner Institute, Clair works to inform and shape workplace cultures for greater multi-generation success using advanced statistical methods to research culture trends, leadership, and the impact of recognition. Her targeted perspectives about workplace culture can be heard across O.C. Tanner’s webinars.

Trained as a physical geographer using predictive global models that measure the impacts of climate change, Clair holds a Master’s degree from the University of Utah. She also has an undergraduate degree from Westminster College, where she was honored as Outstanding Graduating Senior in Environmental Studies in 2015
