As a Senior Consultant for the Strategy & Consulting team, Lauren is passionate about fostering cultures of recognition; where employees feel acknowledged and appreciated for their hard work. She works with customers to help define their recognition strategy, set program structure, evaluate current programs against benchmark, and execute training and communications initiatives to support program effectiveness. She has spent the last 13 years in a very hands-on capacity consulting on program strategy development, design, and complex change management efforts across the globe with organizations such as Cisco, bp, Baker Hughes, Kaiser Permanente, Baystate Health, and many more.
