Dr. Reena Jamnadas is a Managing Consultant at Cappfinity specializing in leveraging occupational psychology, strengths-based approaches and positive psychology to deliver optimal organizational performance. Over the last 15 years, Reena has partnered with global organizations to recruit and develop diverse talent amongst Early Careers populations through strengths-based approaches. Reena earned a Ph.D. from Aston Business School in the UK where she focused on the ‘Role of Wisdom in Organizational Leadership’. She has co-authored several book chapters and journal articles in academic and industry related publications about strengths-based approaches across the employee life cycle.
