Naomi’s background is in higher education, learning and coaching. She joined Workhuman in 2016 as a part of the Strategy & Consulting team, where she supported 30+ launches for Workhuman Cloud customers such as Akamai, CAE, Harman and Johnson & Johnson. Naomi’s consulting expertise focuses on the human side of implementation: effective change management, evidence-based best practices, and communications and training initiatives that help promote adoption and drive business outcomes.
