Ruby designs and manages learning experience to help new hires of all levels to successfully integrate into Advisory in KPMG US. Ruby has been with KPMG for over 20 years. In her various roles in KPMG, she has been leading the design, development, and deployment of complex training curricula in the past 10 years, which help to address the strategic business needs of KPMG’s Advisory Practice. Ruby also provided professional services for clients in the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
