Chase Rowbotham leads People Insights for Roche and Genentech for the Americas Region. Chase joined Genentech in April 2015 and is responsible for leading a team of professionals to develop and execute a People and Culture analytics strategy that enables data-driven decisions across the employee and candidate lifecycle.
