Drew Pickens has more than 37 years of experience in business, with a specialty in adult learning focusing on leadership development, sales, customer service, HR policies and operational compliance.

Drew spent the first 32 years of his career in international business with DHL Express, working in numerous departments including operations, billing, customer service, airline operations, human resources and sales. Drew held the role of Senior Regional Sales Training Manager, and was responsible for all commercial learning and development for the Americas region, which included all countries in the Western Hemisphere. In that role, he sat on the Global Sales Training board and contributed to the design, development and roll-out of commercial training programs worldwide for DHL.

Drew has spent the last 5 years with BNSF Logistics in the roles of Senior Learning and Development Manager, Inside Sales Director, and Director of Digital Freight Services.

He has led teams, both large and small, virtual, remote and on site, and he has been delivering training programs focusing on policy and compliance for over 20 years.

Drew is also the co-founder of Endeavor Learning, a consulting team focusing on leadership and business strategy development. He is the co-author of The Buying Zone, a book focusing on buying behaviors and business strategy.
