
Glenn is currently a Sr DEI Business Partner at Nike. In this role, he serves as the primary DEI advisor, consultant, partner and coach to HRBPs and business leaders in Corporate Functions, Global Technology and the Consumer & Marketplace orgs. He helps them understand opportunities to advance DEI in line with Nike's People Purpose goals and works to help the business develop and drive DEI plans for their respective functions.
Glenn has 12+ years of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent, and Communication & Change Management experience. He has held leadership roles at several tech and professional services companies including Strava, UserTesting, VMware, Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture.
Glenn thrives when he's able to partner with HR and the business to develop DEI strategies and plans that positively impact people's lives and livelihoods. He seeks to effect change by educating and coaching his stakeholders to make inclusive, equitable people lifecycle decisions that are free of bias. Leading with vulnerability, honesty, and authenticity has helped Glenn be an effective, trusted adviser, thought partner and friend.
Glenn has completed Master's level coursework in I-O Psychology from the University of Georgia and received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an Economics double major from Emory University.
