Jenni Kovach serves as the Chief People Officer at IGS Energy, where she has been an instrumental leader for more than 15 years. When Jenni first joined IGS, the company had fewer than 180 employees working out of a single office in Dublin, Ohio. Today, she oversees a dynamic workforce of more than 1,500 employees working across multiple states. Throughout this period of significant growth, Jenni has been a driving force in shaping and executing talent strategies that support IGS Energy’s evolving needs.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Jenni is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture where individuals can bring their full selves to work. She firmly believes that a thriving organizational culture is key to driving employee engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Jenni is dedicated to ensuring that employees feel supported not only in their professional roles but in every aspect of their lives, viewing their employer as an essential partner in their overall wellbeing.

Jenni holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also a passionate advocate for cancer research, serving as a board member for The EHE Foundation. Jenni lives in Westerville, Ohio, with her husband and daughter.
