Today’s most critical national conversation has filtered its way into boardrooms and workplaces across the nation. And as a result, today’s HR professionals are being called upon to guide those internal conversations focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in order to remove biases inherently found in the workplace and to lead the transition to a new and more equitable norm.
