In the future of work, approaches for unifying a distributed workforce must be designed keeping longevity, flexibility, and adaptability in mind. In this session, Jennifer Feri will discuss her own experience in bringing the workforce together and share tools she co-created and designed that other HR leaders can use and adapt for their own teams. For instance, she will describe the steps attendees can take to create a manager toolkit focused on employee connections and better decision making in a remote-centric setting, and design education for leaders centered around “bite sized learnings” that creates space for flexible peer-to-peer learning as well as group coaching. Attendees will walk away with several new, long-lasting tactics they can use to help them enable and engage with their team members.
