By 2024, workers age 50+ will make up 35% of the workforce. Generational diversity in the labor market is currently at an all-time high, with members of the workforce ranging from Traditionalists to Gen Z. But should age really matter? How do you build a culture that celebrates, but does not limit people by their ages?

Striving for generational diversity is an important start, but building an age-inclusive culture allows organizations to recognize and unleash the strengths of workers of all ages, especially if opportunities for collaboration are well managed. You must know when to take age into account.
