The US business environment is not making strides into becoming more diverse, it is running, pushing, shoving, expecting, and demanding it. We are at a moment within a HUGE movement. And although HUGE movements expedite the speed of change, they also test us as individuals. During this opening session, we will look at where we are and discuss how we can open our minds, our hearts, contain our fears, and prepare for two days of learning about the roles we play at this momentous time in American business.
