The United States business environment is not making strides to become more diverse; it is running, pushing, shoving, expecting and demanding it. We are at a moment within a HUGE movement. And although HUGE movements expedite the speed of change, they also test us as individuals. During this opening session, we will examine where we are and discuss how we can open our minds, our hearts, contain our fears, and prepare for two days of learning about the roles we play at this momentous time in American business.
