Amit leads Workforce Planning and Analytics, HR M&A, Contingent Workforce Operations and HR Shared Services at Visa. In the last 2+ years in the role, Amit has had a chance to build the foundation of Workforce Planning and Analytics at Visa along with helping drive significant operational rigor across some of the key processes across HR. He has also led the development of the HR M&A capability from scratch. Prior to his current role, Amit led the Workforce Transformation efforts for the Technology organization at Visa.

Before Visa, Amit was the Vice President of Workforce Planning and Analytics for Enterprise Services group at HP where he partnered closely with finance, HR and business operations team to help enable the workforce strategy for the ~120k plus employees of the organization. Prior to that, Amit held multiple positions in Workforce Strategy and Workforce Analytics at HP at a corporate level.

In the early part of his career, Amit has worked at a bank, been an entrepreneur and also honed his skills as a management consultant with Booz & Co and Deloitte Consulting.
