Amy Bouque is a Human Resources leader with more than 30 years of business-based consulting experience and is currently the executive director of Talent Management for Ally. In her current role, Amy leads a team focused on talent acquisition and employee experience including diversity and inclusion, performance management, engagement and career development, and leadership development. Outside of Ally, Amy is a dedicated community volunteer and mother of two. Her community involvement includes having served on non-profit and faith-based committees and boards. Additionally, she currently is the president-elect and a founding member of Impact100 Metro Detroit. Amy has her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her graduate degree from Wayne State University.
