Dr. Chrissy Roth-Francis is the Director of Talent Development at LinkedIn, where she ensures their 3,000+ people leaders have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their role. Prior to that, she served as an executive communication coach for a training company and college administrator at University of California, Berkeley and University of Southern California. From new managers, to new hires, to new college students, Chrissy has proudly onboarded more than 100,000 people to new roles and new communities throughout her dynamic career. Chrissy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her two rambunctious little kids and wildly creative husband.
