A visionary in the talent acquisition industry and a widely respected thought leader on all aspects of recruiting, Christine Nichlos is founder and CEO of People Science, the recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition consulting corporation with locations in Shrewsbury, New Jersey and San Mateo, California.

After a five year tenure as the only woman executive in a corporate leadership position within the talent management industry, and upon being informed that her own career path would be stifled because, “We just cannot see a woman at the helm”.

Nichlos founded People Science in 1997.

In 2010 Christine was appointed to the board of SDDC, the Supplier Diversity Development Council. The SDDC is a subset of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and is charged with measuring and sharing diversity best practices among the New Jersey Utilities and Regulated Operating Companies including ATT, Verizon, Comcast, and American Water Co. For nearly three decades, at the helm of People Science, she has led the development of cutting-edge information systems, processes and methodologies to create a business with four distinct divisions: Talent Acquisition Advisory Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Insourcing (RPO/RPI), Recruitment Placement Services and a new proprietary software, HireGate. Nichlos’ development of the Recruiting Continuum methodology, has become the cornerstone of People Science’s success and a key component in the expansion of diversity hiring for People Science and It’s clients.
