Colleen M. Earl has more than 26 years of HR professional experience and is currently the Corporate Director of Enterprise Performance Management & Culture for Lockheed Martin.  In this role she has enterprise responsibility for leading OneLM culture transformation, organizational surveys and employee engagement insights, performance management, and domain expertise for change management.

Prior to her current role Ms. Earl served as Director, Workforce Solutions & Total Rewards for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC).  In this role she led a team of HR professionals to transform the way HR operates, enable better business decisions, and increase competitiveness by evolving and connecting data, knowledge, and processes in alignment with the HR People Strategy.  Team responsibilities and specialty areas included: Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics & Technology.  Other prior Center of Expertise (COE) roles include shaping a new role in the corporation as the first Corporate Director, Employee Relations focusing on the company’s positive employee relations and engagement strategy.  She also led Total Rewards & Performance Management for Enterprise Operations and served as chief of staff for a prior CHRO of Lockheed Martin.

In addition to COE roles, Ms. Earl has held many HR Business Partner leadership positions supporting both large technical clients and business functions and has HR site lead experience for both small manufacturing production sites as well as being the MFC Orlando HR Site Lead.  Ms. Earl was the HR Director for all of the MFC Orlando based Lines of Business supporting over 6,000 employees in some 28 states and 12 countries.  Prior to joining Lockheed Martin and early in her career, Ms. Earl worked for General Motors as a Production Foreman supervising UAW represented employees. 

Ms. Earl is a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP).  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan and Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University.  She holds various internal and external professional HR certifications and has completed HR executive programs at both Darden University and the University of Michigan.  Ms. Earl is also a graduate of the Leadership Orlando program through the Orlando Economic Partnership.  She proudly serves as a board member for the Central Florida Hope Center which provides job placement, food pantry, counseling and immigration services to the local community.
