Her expertise is in all aspects of organizational and leadership development throughout start-up, growth and change. She has a passion for coaching and developing both established executives as well as aspiring leaders to achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals. Donna holds an MA in Leadership from Denver Seminary and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Additionally, she holds specialist certificates in Business and Career Development Coaching and is a trainer for VitalSmarts’ Crucial Conversations.

Donna offers a wide-range of coaching services from 1:1 coaching, to team and group coaching to organizational offerings such as 360° assessments, leadership and team development, cultural alignment, staff engagement and talent recruitment/management strategies.
