Elaine Lee-Payne is a Human Resources Director at E. & J. Gallo Winery. In her current role she is the strategic business partner for Sales and Operations and has worked closely with senior management to transform the culture, upgrade the talent and create an inclusive engaged environment. Prior to joining E. & J. Gallo, she worked at Campbell Soup in a variety of human resource roles including Change Management Lead, Sr. HR Manager, Staffing Manager and has prior talent acquisition experience during her time at CIGNA.

Elaine obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from LaSalle University. She is a certified Strategic Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has several certifications in the areas of organizational design, change management and training.
