Our mission is to enrich lives through humanistic, data-driven health initiatives and educational programs, improving outcomes and reducing healthcare costs. My role involves crafting and executing comprehensive strategies that promote employee health and well-being within our culture, improve access to care, and enhance engagement. By integrating data-driven insights with innovative health initiatives, I have spearheaded programs that not only enrich lives but also deliver measurable outcomes, including improved employee health KPI’s and reduced healthcare costs. Previously, as Director of Sports Diagnostics at Quest Diagnostics, I developed innovative sports performance products and COVID-19 solutions, generating millions in revenue. Additionally, I managed the Quest and Walmart joint venture, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful nationwide launch of over 200 Quest Patient Service Centers. Following this, I led marketing initiatives for healthcare solutions at Quest Diagnostics, focusing on both health plans and consumers. My efforts centered on driving engagement, improving access to care, and delivering tailored solutions that met the needs of diverse populations.

My career also includes leadership roles at The Edge Fitness Clubs and Jake’s Franchising, where I enhanced brand visibility and drove significant growth to each business.  And lastly, as a competitive athlete, I bring a mindset of resilience, discipline, and strategic planning to every challenge.
