Hal Halbert is an HR Reporting Manager at Cox Enterprises. He collaborates with internal customers both within and outside of HR to provide people data, metrics, reports, and dashboards to customers that enable operations and improve business decisions. He partners with technology teams to develop data and reporting infrastructure, translating business strategies into technical and reporting requirements.

Having spent the first part of his career as a human capital management technology consultant at PwC, Hal has deep background in the business processes and technology that generate HR data and a passion for solving customers’ problems. He takes a user-centric approach when aligning people, process, and technology in the HR space to deliver the most value to the business.

Hal lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two young children. He has an MBA in Enterprise Consulting and an MS in Enterprise Integration from the University of Alabama.
