Heidi Myers is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Ball Corporation, one of the world’s leading suppliers of metal packaging and aerospace technologies. Heidi has worked in a wide variety of industries in a number of leadership roles focused on creating, managing and elevating talent acquisition functions. Currently, she is building and leading a Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Ball.

Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in professional writing from Slippery Rock University, and has continued to further her education through certifications, seminars and conferences. She was selected for Duquesne University’s Emerging Women’s Leadership Program and has served on and led panel discussions for the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association and Mile High Society for Human Resource Management. Heidi is also active in her community, working closely with Environmental Learning for Kids, Junior Achievement, the ASPIRE two-year mentor program, ImaginePittsburgh.com, the Pennsylvania Women’s Work Conference, Meals on Wheels, Ball Corporation’s Employee Resource Groups, and multiple local and national animal shelters.

Heidi lives in Denver, Colorado, and enjoys spending as much time outside as possible hiking, cycling, running and skiing.
