Jaimeen Brahmbhatt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Abbott. In this role, Jaimeen leads global strategies for Corporate Recruitment, University Relations & Development Programs, Employment Brand Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Technologies.

Previously, Jaimeen held numerous positions within Abbott Talent Acquisition focused on Operational Excellence, Diversity & Inclusion, Compliance, Workforce Planning, and developing the next generation recruitment roadmap.

Prior to joining Global Talent Acquisition, Jaimeen spent eight years with the Abbott Diagnostics Division, where he held a variety of roles in the technical product development organizations.

Jaimeen earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
