James Marable is a marketing strategist who found his way into the Employer Brand space in 2013 after joining Macy's Inc. as a Social Media Strategist for the corporate talent acquisition (the first role of it's kind at Macy's). Evolving his role into full on Employer Brand Management (EBM) and establishing the EBM group. Now leading EB at Lilly, James manages the employer brand of one of the world's most historic pharmaceutical organizations. Over the years James has overseen the creation of over 100 EB videos, attained over 100,000,000 impressions on his social media campaigns, and developed 1000's of physical collateral pieces.
